Event Catering Preferred Suppliers Tender

We are seeking to appoint a small number of preferred catering suppliers to deliver food and beverage services for QBCI’s private hire events and selected programmed events. Catering is expected to be primarily delivered within the Café and Terrace, and (where relevant) across the Foyer and Learning Studio.

This tender is for event catering only (not day-to-day café operation). Successful suppliers will join QBCI’s preferred supplier list and may be invited to quote for events of varying scale, format and budget throughout the year.
